Warlock Builds

The first link is the talent calc for my old affliction build that i used throughout T4 content, and the second link is my destro build im using for T5 and beyond. Destro is really gear intensive, and should only be considered after reaching a certain point in the game, gear-wise. If you have questions, consult me. My toons on AOS are Lipinski, Meetsheild, Beechslapped, and Possibility. I'd be more than happy to field any questions concerning gear, specs, or general lockdom.

PvP skill... icky, mostly not applicable to PvE, so i never spec in it. Too much mana, not enough damage to make up for it unless it crits, and if your an affliction raider, you are not supposed to be stacking crit... max damage and a little bit of hit should be your focus. But again, this build if mostly for the 25 mans, like Mags, Gruuls, etc.

I think demo/destro is best for pvp. But I don't pvp. I PVE! lol
I love being affliction.
And they don't say affliction get crit. They said the list of importance:
dmg, hit, and then crit.
When I hit 200 +hit I plan on going destro. Unless I'm needed as affliction for raiding.

Ok well I have been Sl/Sl spec since i turned 67 27/34/0
However I am about to spec Destro for fun. My cousin played a Destro lock pre
BC an he enjoyed it a lot so I am gonna give it a shot. I think nether protection is cool an like the big crits you get ,
soul leach sounds nice as well. The only thing that is
gonna suck bad is not being able to drain tank anymore /cry . Another concern of mine is my gear is not meant
for destro spec an certainly is not gemmed for it , but hey the game is about having fun so if you see me in a
BG I will be the one QQ'ing bout how i am getting eaten up my warr an rgs , buthey nether protection means
locks will hate me

and mages... works on fire spells and even shadow priests

I leveled from 1-70 as destro. I loved it. I do quite enjoy affliction. I'm thinking of switching up. I was hoping to hit +200 hit before going back to destro. Not sure I'll like having to sit down and drink more while farming. lol
Affliction is a farming spec for sure.
